Your role

• Manage flaconis bonus management tool (Bonsai) and ensure smooth and stable daily work for our internal teams working with the tool
• Identify, design and drive tool & process improvements and support evolving needs towards the tool driven by flaconis international expansion
• Work and collaborate closely with internal and external business and tech teams to create and ensure stable processes and technical implementations.
• Provide support and backup for team members, including assisting with other supplier-related tools such as (Master Data Management, EDI, Marketing bookings)

Your profile

• Strong experience with E-commerce, ERP or other finance-related technologies
• A hands-on mindset with a passion for taking ownership and driving projects forward
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• A genuine interest in improving and automating processes and optimizing interfaces between IT systems and businesses
• A love for challenging status quo and the will to deep dive into complex topics when required
• A structured and organized personality

For this role, we have a salary band between €50.000 and €71.500 gross per year.

The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
