In this Berlin based role, you’ll play a pivotal part in enhancing our online visibility and driving growth across Western Europe (France, Belgium, Netherlands). Your Role

• Develop and implement tailored SEO strategies for the Western Europe region to increase organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Sistrix, Google Search Console, or SEMrush, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Lead international SEO projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visibility and success across regions.
• Drive link-building campaigns and build partnerships with industry websites, influencers, and creators to enhance domain authority.
• Collaborate with content creators, developers, and designers to integrate SEO best practices into website content and user experience.

Your Profile

• Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: French or Dutch, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in SEO, preferably in the beauty industry targeting Western Europe.
• Proficiency in using common SEO tools like Google Search Console, Sistrix, or SEMrush.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with web development technologies and CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful or Commerce Tools).

Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 44,000€ and 57,000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
