As a Solution Architect – Business, you will play a key role in connecting business strategy with technology execution. You will help shape our business architecture, drive optimization initiatives, and ensure that strategic requirements are translated into scalable solutions across our organization. This is what you’ll do Drive business optimization and automation initiatives across the Capital Markets division, improving efficiency, scalability, and customer outcomes Lead the “Change the Bank” process , shaping and aligning strategic initiatives from early concept through to execution readiness Own the definition and quality of business requirements , ensuring they are complete, actionable, and aligned with strategic objectives before entering IT delivery Act as a key bridge between Business and IT , ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions Collaborate closely with Solution Architects across Data, Application, and Technology domains to design cohesive end‑to‑end solutions Develop and evolve the business architecture framework , including business capabilities, value streams, and operating models Promote architecture best practices and standards , fostering consistency across initiatives and teams Contribute to shaping the target state architecture for Capital Markets , with a focus on trading, brokerage, and post‑trade processes You’ll bring us these skills University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field Proven experience (5+ years) in Business Architecture, Business Analysis, or related roles within Capital Markets Strong understanding of trading and brokerage systems, including front‑to‑back lifecycle processes Demonstrated experience in driving transformation initiatives in complex environments Ability to structure, visualise, and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align diverse perspectives Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking, with a pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset Experience with architecture frameworks and modelling techniques (e.g., TOGAF, BPMN) is a plus Fluent in English, both written and spoken What we offer you Promise of a good work and personal life balance 30 days paid leave Mobility benefit: Employer subsidy for the Job Ticket (Deutschlandticket) E‑Mobility benefit: leasing e‑bikes
