FleetFox is building Europe’s most reliable fleet-care operations platform.
We are hiring an Operations Specialist West Region (Frankfurt,Köln,Stuttgart) to lead local execution and ensure our clients’ fleets are always ready for the next user.
This is a hands-on operational leadership role. Most of your time will be spent on the streets— training, leading, quality-checking and ensuring smooth daily execution. 40% of your working time must be spent performing car washes yourself to ensure service continuity and volume targets.
You will report to the Regional Operations Lead Germany.

Your Mission

1. Build and Lead the Local Fox Team

• Train and retain service providers (Foxes)
• Lead contractors and/or employees in daily operations
• Conduct onboarding sessions and hands-on training
• Act as the first point of contact for operational matters

2. Ensure High Service Quality

• Perform daily quality checks
• Reduce operational errors and customer complaints
• Retrain and coach team members when needed
• Solve real-time issues quickly and independently

3. Achieve Volume and Revenue Targets

• Ensure weekly order volumes are achieved
• Monitor performance and identify improvement areas
• Take ownership of local operational KPIs

4. Manage Equipment and Infrastructure

• Oversee equipment availability and maintenance
• Ensure chemicals, tools and supplies are always ready
• Maintain structured and efficient operational setups

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday
09:00 – 17:00
Full-time, on-site in Frankfurt
Must be ready to commute to Köln and Stuttgart

✅ Must Have

• Good German language skills (minimum B2)
• Good English language skills (minimum B2)
• Based in Frankfurt and available for on-site work
• Valid B-category driver’s license
• Basic Google Sheets or Excel skills
• Strong discipline and reliability
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to perform car washes when needed
• People-oriented personality (training and supporting Foxes)
• Strong problem-solving mindset

➕ Nice to Have

• Experience in mobility, car washing, gig economy or B2B fleet services
• Experience in leading or building teams
• Experience in field operations
