About us:

At Fleetlery, we’re a fast-growing logistics and staffing startup based in Hamburg, specializing in the food delivery industry. To strengthen our day-to-day operations, we’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Associate (m/f/d) to support our management and operations teams.

Your responsibilities:

• Support the operational day-to-day business across departments
• Assist in coordinating logistics and workforce planning for our clients
• Manage documentation, reports, and internal processes
• Communicate with partners, service providers, and internal teams
• Help improve workflows and support the automation of recurring tasks
• Assist in recruting and preparatory payroll processes

What you bring:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar operations or administrative role
• Ideally experience in the logistics, delivery, or staffing industry
• Fluent in German and English; Spanish is a plus
• Solid knowledge of Excel and Word
• Experience with Notion and Slack is a plus
• Structured, proactive, and independent working style
• Strong attention to detail and a hands-on mentality
