For our entity in Germany, we are looking for a Marketing Product Officer to reinforce our Marketing department. This is a permanent full-time or part-time position home based.

As Product Officer for the German market, you will support the Marketing division in the development and the implementation of strategic selling plans for this region. You will take the lead on specific projects by working with cross-functional teams and managing external agencies to ensure perfect execution.

This position will suit you perfectly if you enjoy taking ownership, coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, and delivering high-quality marketing activities in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Your responsibilities

Event Management

• Coordinate the planning, promotion and execution of congresses, exhibitions, webinars, sponsorship activities and customer events
• Manage relationships with external event organizers, agencies, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure flawless execution of marketing activities
• Oversee event budgets, participant management, material logistics and post-event evaluations

Digital Marketing

• Create, adapt and maintain content for newsletters, email campaigns and social media channels in line with the marketing strategy
• Support digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, marketing automation, SEO and SEA activities in collaboration with internal and external partners
• Monitor and report on key marketing performance indicators and recommend optimization opportunities

Marketing Support & Administration

• Develop, update and localize promotional materials, sales aids, presentations and customer-facing marketing tools
• Support sales teams with marketing initiatives apnd lead generation activities
• Manage promotional materials and marketing collateral, ensuring appropriate stock levels and availability
• Coordinate the external promotional materials warehouse, including inventory management, replenishment, shipment coordination and supplier communication
• Support budget tracking, purchase order management, invoice processing and other marketing administrative activities
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and relevant industry developments and share insights with the wider commercial team
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial objectives
• You hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
• You have experience in marketing, event management, digital marketing or a similar role
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices or pharmaceuticals is an advantage
• You are highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
• You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with internal and external stakeholders
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• German is your mother tongue and you are fluent in English, both written and spoken
• You are willing to travel occasionally within Germany to support events and customer activities
