Responsibilities:
- Fund Formation & Structuring
- Drafting Legal Documents
- Regulatory Compliance
- Transactions & Deal Support
Requirements:
- Law Degree
- Experience as fund lawyer
- Extensive knowledge of fund regulations, including AIFMD, CSSF regulations and practices, and relevant EU directives such as MiFID IIVery strong attention to detail, accuracy and consistency while working independently against project targets.
- Fluency in English
