Legal Counsel - Data Privacy

For our most recent mandate, we are looking for an exceptional talent who would be interested in working in the insurance industry.

Insurance | Legal Counsel – Data Privacy | Remote | 9 months | 60% | June 25 | CHF 120’000-140’000

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on data privacy matters within the company
• Consult on the legal aspects of a nearshoring project, the establishment of a hub in a European country
• Assess various types of data sharing and related agreements
• Review and advise on data privacy policies and coordinate related reports

Experience:

• Swiss or EU law degree
• 3+ years PQE in data privacy (CH and EU), preferably within the financial or insurance sector
• Experience with nearshoring projects and data sharing is highly advantageous
• Fluency in German and English
