Flex Suisse is the leading service provider for supporting legal and compliance departments with flexible staffing, managed legal services and professional search in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Germany. For our latest mandate we are looking for a highly motivated talent in the following field:
Industry | Litigation Counsel | Geneva | 6 months+ | 80-100% | Immediately | CHF 180’000+
Responsibilities:
- Represent client in complex commercial litigation cases across various industries.
- Provide expert advice on dispute resolution strategies, risk assessment, and case management.
- Draft, review, and negotiate litigation-related documents, including pleadings, settlement agreements, and contracts.
- Act as a key legal advisor on contentious matters, including cross-border disputes.
- Manage relationships with external counsel and other stakeholders.
Experience:
- Swiss MLaw/Lic.iur + admission to the Swiss bar.
- Excellent command of English and French (additional languages are a plus).
- 6+ years of PQE in commercial litigation at a law firm or in-house.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in managing high-value, complex cases.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
