Employment Lawyer in Zürich

Flex Suisse is the leading provider of flexible staffing solutions in the Legal & Compliance sector in Switzerland, Germany, and Liechtenstein. For one of our clients, an established law firm, we are currently looking for a Lawyer in Employment Law (Associate or Senior Associate) to strengthen its team.

Law Firm | Employment Lawyer | Upon agreement | Permanent | 80–100% | Zurich

Responsibilities:

• Advise national and international clients on a broad range of employment law matters, including day-to-day advisory work and strategic employment-related questions.
• Support clients in employment law aspects of corporate transactions, restructurings and other business-related projects.
• Assist clients with pre-litigation matters and represent their interests in employment-related disputes and litigation proceedings.
• Draft, review and negotiate employment agreements, termination agreements, internal policies and other employment-related documentation.
• Work closely with colleagues across practice areas to provide practical, commercially oriented legal advice tailored to clients’ needs.

Experience:

• Swiss-qualified lawyer with 2–4 years of professional experience in employment law, ideally gained in a law firm.
• Solid knowledge of Swiss employment law and an interest in both advisory and contentious matters.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to develop pragmatic solutions for complex legal questions.
• Dynamic, proactive and adaptable personality, comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
