Responsibilities
- Managing short-term rentals and customer service;
- Managing and supervising the proper functioning of the car rental branch;
- Managing the sale of products and services in accordance with the company's sales offer in order to achieve sales targets;
- Managing the customer service process;
- Monitoring compliance with customer service procedures and ensuring service quality in accordance with company standards;
- Ensuring documentation and maintaining accepted standards and procedures;
- Recruiting and training new employees.
Requirements
- Sales experience – preferably in the car rental industry;
- Ability to build lasting relationships with customers;
- Valid driving licence;
- Self-organisation and ability to manage the working time of other employees;
- Independence and ability to organise work effectively;
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of English
