Join us on our journey: to build Europe’s largest residential virtual power plant, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and driven Partnership Manager at our investor and partner Enpal. In this role, you will lead a small team to drive partnerships with the energy market participants (e.g., DSOs) in connection to the Flexa VPP.

Your Responsibilities
- Strategic Partner Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships within the energy ecosystem, incl. but not limited to distribution system operators (DSOs).
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing partners to deepen collaboration and unlock new opportunities and act as the primary liaison between internal teams and partners.
- Business Development: Work closely with product teams to integrate partner solutions into the company’s offerings, and develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners to expand market reach and capture value.
- Expertise Sharing and Market Intelligence: Be a key sparring partner for Enpal regulatory team and customer registration team (owning the operative market communications with DSOs), by understanding evolving partner (DSO) needs.
- Conferences and Partner Outreach: Represent Enpal at industry events, conferences, and forums, while organizing workshops, webinars, and meetings to enhance visibility and build a strong network of ecosystem collaborators.
Your Profile
Mandatory Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the energy industry, ideally in strategy, regulatory, and partnership management.
- Previous experience working with DSOs (VNBs) and understanding of their needs/processes/systems.
- Entrepreneurial personality with a high degree of self-initiative, result-orientation, and strong stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Outstanding academic track record with a degree preferably in engineering, business administration, or economics.
- Fluency in German and English.
