As part of its development activities, our client, a renowned company based in the Biel/Bienne region and specialised in watch production, is seeking an Industrialisation Project Manager (M/F) for a permanent position.

Job Description In this role, you play a central part in transitioning development projects to series production.

You define manufacturing processes for industrialisation projects, ensuring their compliance with internal standards, quality requirements, and expected performance objectives.

You analyse production needs, technical constraints, and manufacturing flows to propose robust, reliable industrial methods adapted to the watchmaking environment.

You participate in selecting production means, formalising operating sequences, and setting parameters necessary for smooth operations.

You are also responsible for estimating manufacturing times and validating process performance in terms of cost, quality, and deadlines.

In this capacity, you help secure industrial objectives and anticipate potential performance deviations.

You monitor pre-series phases to ensure the proper functioning, stability, and robustness of defined processes under real production conditions.

You identify areas for improvement, manage necessary adjustments, and coordinate corrective actions with the relevant stakeholders.

Simultaneously, you lead and coordinate the teams involved throughout the production phase.

You ensure effective information flow, prioritisation of actions, and rigorous follow-up of required corrections.

You act as a true liaison between technical teams, production, quality, and other partner departments.

Through your involvement, you guarantee the industrial coherence of assigned projects while providing structured support until optimal production launch.

Profile Sought You hold a qualification as an ET Technician or an equivalent title.

You have proven experience in a similar role, ideally as an industrialisation project manager, within a demanding industrial environment.

You possess very good knowledge of manufacturing and mechanical watch products.

You master issues related to industrialisation, process optimisation, production time analysis, and performance monitoring.

A good understanding of quality, cost, and deadline challenges is an essential asset for success in this role.

You are recognised for your initiative, organisational skills, and rigour.

You can manage several topics simultaneously, structure your priorities, and proceed methodically in an environment where precision is paramount.

Endowed with excellent communication skills, you enjoy teamwork and know how to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Your adaptability allows you to work effectively in a technical and dynamic context while quickly finding concrete solutions to unforeseen issues.

We offer you a modern and dynamic working environment, attractive conditions, as well as personalised support and confidential handling of your application. jide3600e9aen jit0730aen jpiy26aen
