Cutting Tools Methods Technician M/F
MISSION DESCRIPTION
- Define, select and provide the cutting tooling solutions necessary for the industrialisation of new products as well as for the integration of new machining means.
- Develop and maintain a privileged technical relationship with suppliers to identify the best solutions and ensure the performance of cutting tools. - Ensure the capitalisation and sustainability of know-how by updating technical data, references, plans and tooling standards. - Identify improvement opportunities and lead optimisation actions aimed at increasing productivity, quality and reliability of machining processes. - Be the technical reference for cutting tools with internal teams (methods, production, industrialisation...) as well as external partners. - Support production workshops by providing technical assistance and contributing to solving issues related to cutting tools. - Ensure active technological watch on market innovations by participating in trade shows, conducting tests and feasibility studies to integrate the best technical solutions
EXPECTED PROFILE
- Holder of a polymechanic CFC, or a Technician ES diploma. - You have solid experience in machining and master technologies related to cutting tools, with particular expertise in machining stainless steels and precious metals. - You are comfortable with CAD/CAM software, ideally CREO. - You master cutting speeds and have basic knowledge of lubricants. - You appreciate collaborative work and like to be close to the field to support teams. - Recognised for your rigour and method, you have a good analytical mind and know how to propose concrete and effective solutions. - With excellent interpersonal skills, you communicate easily with various stakeholders and encourage cross-functional exchanges. - Curious and adaptable, you easily evolve in varied technical environments, liaising with industrialisation teams, production workshops and suppliers. - Permanent position at 100%
