We are looking for one of our clients and for a PERMANENT position, a General Services Employee (M/F), whose main mission will be to collaborate on all activities related to the operation, maintenance and logistics of the company’s buildings

MISSION DESCRIPTION
- Manage handling and moving tasks (assembling desks, setting up meeting rooms, arranging chairs and connecting various electrical devices) - Carry out various tasks related to building trades (changing lamps or bulbs, small maintenance / repair / DIY tasks...) - Coordinate and monitor work and contractors (contact various external companies and schedule their interventions) - Participate in general housekeeping tasks - Manage stocks related to activities
EXPECTED PROFILE
- Must hold a Federal VET Diploma with several years of experience in a building trade or in building maintenance - Category B driving licence - Forklift licence is desirable - Cross-disciplinary knowledge in building trades is an asset - Very good knowledge and experience in moving and handling heavy loads - Proficiency with computer tools - Person who is rigorous, discreet, with good physical condition - Sense of responsibility, ability to work alone or in a team - Versatile, flexible, dynamic and creative
