MISSION DESCRIPTION
Your main mission will be to ensure the service's performance and contribute to its development. You will coordinate various topics within multidisciplinary teams, notably managing the following actions:
- Drive the daily performance of the service in connection with the collaborators - Lead incident resolution activities - Manage projects related to the evolution of logistics equipment and improvement initiatives in collaboration with internal partners - Ensure the maintenance of best practices by participating in sector management meetings and fostering a culture of standards compliance - Conduct audits and propose optimisation actions - Contribute to the training plan for sector employees
EXPECTED PROFILE
- Swiss HES Engineer diploma or ES Technician or equivalent, complemented by training in logistics/management - First professional experience in a similar role is an advantage - Knowledge of stock management appreciated - Proactive, pragmatic, with a taste for "field" work - Demonstrated communication skills and ease in facilitation - Analytical and synthetic mindset - Proficiency in common IT tools and an ERP system
