As a key player, you contribute to the implementation, development, and optimization of machining processes. Thanks to your expertise, you ensure reliable, high-performance processes adapted to quality, cost, and deadline requirements.Machining Methods TechnicianMISSION DESCRIPTION- Develop, program, and optimize machining programs on our various production means while ensuring their compliance and performance.- Monitor your activities and communicate project progress to the various stakeholders.- Participate in new products and processes by defining reference tools and production standards.- Prepare, conduct, and analyze industrial trials in collaboration with production teams, then formalize the results and update technical data related to equipment, machining ranges, and production instructions.- Optimize machining ranges to improve productivity, quality, process robustness, and cycle times.- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in projects for the evolution of production means.PROFILE- Holder of a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a polymechanic, a University of Applied Sciences (HES) Engineering degree, a degree in microtechnology, or equivalent experience.- You have confirmed experience in machining on CNC machines, in both turning and milling, and master ISO programming as well as cutting conditions.- You master CAD/CAM software, ideally CREO, and possess solid skills in machining mechanics, particularly in the selection, assembly, and adjustment of tools.- You enjoy teamwork and like to be close to the field to support production and resolve technical issues.- Rigorous, organized, and endowed with a good analytical mind, you know how to step back, propose relevant solutions, and contribute to performance.FIXED 100% jid6d2edc9aen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
