- Ensure machining processes and analyse malfunctions encountered in production - Manage technical projects while ensuring their financial monitoring - Develop, update and optimise operating sequences in the ERP - Write and keep work instruction sheets up to date - Ensure compliance and monitoring of tooling nomenclatures - Prepare price offers in collaboration with various departments - Provide daily technical support to production teams - Design small tooling and produce their plans - Participate in CNC programming for turning and milling - Actively contribute to continuous improvement and cost optimisation projects
Profile Sought
- Federal VET Diploma as a polymechanic, precision mechanic or equivalent training - Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in a similar role within an industrial environment - Strong knowledge of machining processes and settings on conventional and CNC machines - Proficiency in SolidWorks and GibbsCAM is a real asset - Good command of IT tools and ERP systems - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Autonomous, organised and rigorous person, able to manage priorities - Proactive, focused on continuous improvement and process optimisation - Excellent team spirit, service-oriented and comfortable in interpersonal relations
