On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a: Heating Site Manager (M/F) - Permanent Position
Heating Site Manager M/F
MISSION DESCRIPTION Organisation, planning and monitoring of heating sites
Supervision and coordination of teams on site
Reading and interpretation of plans and technical diagrams
Technical monitoring and quality control of installations
Compliance with Swiss safety standards and regulations
Management of site material supply
Main interface with management, clients and teams
Monitoring work progress and meeting deadlines
Organisation and management of technical documents related to the site
EXPECTED PROFILE Training in heating (CFC, equivalent or higher diploma)
Proven and significant experience in Switzerland as a heating site manager
Excellent knowledge of heating installations (heat pumps, boilers, etc.)
Ability to manage a team and make decisions
Good command of IT and technical tools
Organisational skills, autonomy and rigour
Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
Driving licence required
