CNC Setter-Programmer (M/F) - Permanent Contract
CNC Setter - Programmer M/F
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Carry out programming and complete adjustments of 3 to 5 axis milling machines such as HSM20 HSM400 & W701 S, respecting quality and productivity. - Choose machining methods in accordance with company standards. - Adjust production machines. - Produce the first piece while ensuring compliance with procedures and operating sequences. - Guarantee production quality through regular checks according to established control processes. - Optimise production setup, analyse failures and malfunctions, and propose improvement measures. - Ensure first-level machine maintenance and check the condition of tools. - Provide training and support to operators.
PROFILE REQUIRED You hold a qualification in micromechanics or equivalent and have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. You are autonomous, rigorous and organised, and a conscientious and structured individual. You are comfortable with programming on Alphacam and proficient with HEIDENHAIN, NUM controls.
