If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job SummaryAn unserem Standort in Althofen, Kärnten, suchen wir zur Verstärkung eine/n **Finance Manager (m/w/d).**Als **Finance Manager (m/w/d)** leiten Sie das Finance Team und verantworten die Steuerung, sowie die Koordination sämtlicher Aktivitäten im Finanzbereich.**So sieht ein typischer Tag aus:*** Verantwortung für einen rollierenden 12‐Monats-Forecast und den gezielten Einsatz unseres Management-Informationssystems, um fundierte Entscheidungen im lokalen Managementteam zu ermöglichen;* Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation des Finance Teams;* Anwendung moderner Controlling- und Accounting-Methoden sowie Organisation und Weiterentwicklung des Finanzreportings (monatlich, quartalsweise, jährlich) gemäß US GAAP und österreichischen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften;* Aktiver Beitrag zum Performance Management der berichtenden Einheiten zur Sicherstellung einer nachhaltigen Geschäftsentwicklung;* Steuerung des Corporate Governance Systems sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Kontrollumgebung im Einklang mit SOX-Anforderungen; Unterstützung bei Audits (SOX / US / Austrian GAAP);* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen Managementteam.**Ihr Profil:*** Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzmanagement oder etwas Vergleichbarem wie z.B.
