Reporting to the Global Supply Chain Manager the Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) will be in charge of defining and executing regional supply chain and sourcing strategies to ensure supply continuity, cost competitiveness, and operational excellence across key programs (both new and existing products). Scope of the Role Responsible for overall supply chain readiness for the Embedded Power Business in Althofen with special focus on NPI projects Define and execute regional sourcing strategies with focus on localization and supply base development in EMEA Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment across regions and product lines Monitor and act on supply chain KPIs (availability, inventory, cost, delivery) Act as escalation point for critical supply risks, ensuring rapid mitigation and business continuity Optimization and standardization of processes with AI The experience we’re looking to add to our team Typically requires a completed degree or training within a related field and already some relevant Supply Chain experience in an international
