Flex, a diversified manufacturing partner, seeks a Technical Procurement Specialist for mechanical components (m/w/d) in Althofen, Austria. The role involves sourcing and purchasing mechanical parts and tools used in series production, collaborating with suppliers and customers worldwide. Responsibilities
Procure mechanical components and tools according to customer requirements. Support customers in supplier selection and sourcing of alternative solutions. Professional supplier management, including creation of offer comparisons. Coordinate and lead supplier meetings in an international environment. Act as interface to suppliers for quality issues. Qualifications
Completed technical education (HTL/Uni/FH in Mechanics). Several years of experience in technical purchasing (preferable). Ability to read drawing data for manufacturing parts (position, form, tolerances). Knowledge of selecting optimal manufacturing processes for mechanical components. Strong communication skills in German and English. Independent work orientation and good negotiation skills. Benefits
