Overview
In this role you support the EMEA sales & operations teams to drive business growth in business tourism and events. You will assist with RFPs, travel bookings, and client materials while conducting market research and maintaining CRM data. You’ll work cross-functionally across sales, operations, and marketing in a fast-paced, international environment. This is an opportunity to contribute to a global events business and develop hands-on skills in RFPs, proposals, and market insights.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Assisting with RFP responses and quote requests (air and hotel)
- Booking and managing travel reservations (airline, rail, hotel)
- Preparing presentations, commercial offers, and client materials
- Conducting competitive benchmarking and market research
- Supporting internal coordination across sales, operations, and marketing
- Updating CRM systems and data entry
- Contributing to content creation and sales toolkit updates
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Currently pursuing higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in business or tourism
- Strong interest in events and business travel
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
- Team player with great interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Some knowledge of a GDS (Amadeus, Galileo)
