Job Description
- Uploading, maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of ERP & consumer-facing product data.
- Collaborating with multiple departments to execute their ERP Master Data change requests in the most efficient way whilst adhering to ERP best practices.
- Resolving master data adjustment tickets in a timely and accurate manner.
- Preparing and inputting In-App Content changes in our CMS system.
Qualifications
- Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (previous SQL experience would be a plus).
- High attention to detail and data input accuracy.
- Understanding of ERP & CMS systems.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to understand technical functionalities of ERP processes.
