Support the sales process as a trusted technical and business advisor with large and multinational medical device manufacturers.
Plan and execute software testings to drive high satisfaction and progression to contract negotiations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Clearly articulate and demonstrate the business value of Flinn’s features to diverse stakeholder groups.
Develop customer‑specific business cases to support internal purchasing and approval processes.
Coordinate closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Willingness to travel up to twice a month for customer meetings and industry events.
What you need to be successful:
Proven experience
in customer facing roles, consulting or similar.
Strong communication skills
and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Customer‑centric, value‑driven mindset
with the ability to link features to business outcomes.
Interest and passion for the MedTech industry , with motivation to learn regulatory and compliance topics.
Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments .
Fluency in English ; additional languages like German are a plus.
Willingness to travel
up to twice a month.
