As a Strategy Consultant / Value Engineer (m/f/d), you will be at the forefront of driving workforce and HR transformation for our enterprise customers. Working closely with our go-to-market teams, you will be responsible for leading strategic discussions, identifying high-value use cases, and ensuring the success of our consulting practice \“Flip Consulting Services\“. Your role will be crucial in demonstrating the business impact of Flip.

You will…

  • Analyze the status quo of HR, operations, communication, and digitalization within enterprise organizations.
  • Identify high-value use cases and develop tailored solution concepts.
  • Engage, manage, and convince key stakeholders, including C-level executives, of the added value of digitalized frontline workforces.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers (15,000+ employees), guiding them through their transformation journey.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within large organizations.
  • Independently manage and execute pre-projects, shaping the foundation for a professional service function within Flip.
  • Provide valuable feedback to our R&D teams to improve the Flip app based on customer needs and insights.

What you bring to the table

You have…

  • 2-5 years of experience in a strategy or management consulting role within a leading consultancy firm or a Value Engineering role in a enterprise B2B SaaS company.
  • A proven track record of engaging with VP and C-Level executives of large enterprises.
  • A strategic mindset and a highly structured approach to project management.
  • A hands-on mentality with a strong focus on execution and delivering results.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant business tools.
  • Fluency in both German and English.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in the SaaS industry and a strong affinity for technology.
  • Background in high-growth startups or scaling companies.
  • Additional language skills.
