Flits Interim (Bilfinger Engineering) seeks a Contract Manager for an extensive construction project in Lingen, Germany. This position is open to freelancers/independent contractors (ZZP).
Responsibilities
- Establish, evaluate, negotiate, and manage all contracts with contractors and suppliers on a tactical/operational level.
- Advise the Project Manager and client to ensure optimal project execution regarding costs, safety, change orders, and claims management.

Requirements
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of experience as a Contract Manager in industrial projects.
- Knowledge of German legislation and regulations, including DIN and VDE standards.
- Experience with contractor management, stakeholder management, and change management.
- Excellent command of Dutch and German, spoken and written.
PPE will be supplied if required; a mobile phone will not be provided.
