We are looking for a motivated and curious Salesforce Engineer who will help us build and automate our Bus Partner management process.

Flix\’s success is based on long-term partnerships with our bus partners in more than 40 countries. You will develop, implement, and improve tools to ensure high standards of global business excellence, including governance on the Bus Partner acquisition funnel and contract lifecycle management.

You will be part of a growing, cross-functional, product-focused team, owning development for our service used by global stakeholders to support our mission of providing green, affordable mobility.

About The Role

1. Participate in designing and building scalable solutions and integrations.
2. Work with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Sales Cloud, JavaScript, Flow Automation, SQL, Reports & Dashboards, and User Management.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders worldwide to align expectations and identify opportunities.
4. Promote continuous improvement and best practices across the business.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce environment.
6. Optimize out-of-the-box features and develop custom solutions.

About You

• At least 1 year of industry experience with Salesforce CRM as a certified Salesforce platform developer.
• Familiar with or open to learning Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, API integrations, CI/CD, and Git.
• Enjoy working with senior engineers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to implement best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Understanding of agile principles and their application.
• A team player eager to learn and grow.
