Senior Salesforce Application Engineer (m/f/d)

We're looking for a motivated and driven Senior Salesforce Application Engineer (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of Salesforce usage at Flix.
• Drive delivery standards and developer experience for our Salesforce ecosystem.
• Design and implement integrations and flows in our Salesforce platform.
• Drive change management for Salesforce users at Flix.
• Help streamline and improve existing processes.
• Take ownership of legacy implementations and improve them to bring new value to our stakeholders.
• Make the role your own, take ownership of your responsibilities, and bring your strengths to your role and the Salesforce community.
• Monitor platform limits.

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• 4+ years of experience working with the Salesforce ecosystem as a developer or technical administrator.
• Good knowledge of Salesforce, especially Platform, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning, Flows, and SF Communities.
• Salesforce Developer certifications.
• Experience implementing and integrating APIs.
• Good understanding of software delivery in a team setting.
• Extensive understanding of the Salesforce data security model.
• A drive to make an impact and take initiatives.
• Experience in an Agile organization.
• Passion for driving user-centricity in the products you work with.

Ideally You...

• Have software development experience outside of Salesforce:
  • Experience with integrations to Entra ID (MS Azure) as IDP.
  • Experience with integrations to DataDog.
  • Experience with integrations to Snowflake.
  • Experience with integrations to AWS.
• Have experience with DevOps tools (GitLab, data loader, etc.).
• Follow updates around Salesforce releases and new products, and assess their impact on the current configuration of the platform.
• Have worked with complex Salesforce data security models.
• Have a high-level understanding of software delivery in a cross-team setting.
• Have worked with broad Salesforce administrative features and find it manageable.
