Your Mission:
As a Junior Motion Designer in our team, you’ll be diving headfirst into a world of creativity and innovation. Your day-to-day will involve:

1. Crafting stunning visual content and motion graphics for a diverse range of projects, from exhibitions to live events.
2. Collaborating closely with our creative team to develop and refine artistic concepts.
3. Utilizing your skills to bring stories to life, ensuring each project resonates with its intended audience.
4. Staying ahead of the curve by researching and integrating the latest design trends and technologies.

Your profile

We’re searching for someone who’s not only skilled but also passionate and driven. Here’s what we’re looking for:

1. At least 1 year of experience in motion design, showcasing a portfolio full of flair and originality.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro, Unreal, Touch Designer, Stable Diffusion. Bonus points if you’re familiar with Cinema 4D or Blender!
3. A history of involvement in projects related to interactive exhibitions, stage productions, or any relevant multimedia endeavors.
4. Creative thinking, excellent communication skills, and a team player attitude. We love people who bring new ideas to the table and enjoy collaborative brainstorming sessions.
5. A keen eye for detail and a relentless pursuit of perfection in your work.
6. Berlin based, fluent in German and English.
