You will work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and law, solving real business challenges with today’s tools while helping define best practices for responsible AI deployment and data/privacy governance. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liAnalyze, review and negotiate agreements in a digital environment with and for the respective internal clients (in particular in the fields of software licensing, services, suppliers, data protection/privacy, employment, corporate, and intellectual property law) /li liSupport the Legal Team in all legal, data protection/privacy, compliance, organizational, and administrative issues /li liIndependently manage complex international data protection/privacy (DPO, ROPA experience) and compliance matters (monitoring and reviewing) and lead in these fields, anticipating issues before they elevate /li liCreate, update and implement practical policies, playbooks, processes and guidelines as required (directives, internal and external regulations, etc.) /li liPartner with and provide clear, practical advice to our cross-functional teams including management (notably Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance) and all Flowable companies from Switzerland and abroad /li liManage corporate housekeeping, the insurance portfolio and contact with authorities in Switzerland and abroad /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 ul liCompleted Law Degree (Master of Law or Swiss law diploma) /li liSolid knowledge in commercial/contract, data protection/privacy, and IT law /li liProven experience in compliance (ideally in the IT field re. GDPR, DORA, AI Act, NIS 2 etc.) /li liMinimum 6 years of in-house or law firm experience /li liAffinity for IT and Processes and working with AI /li liStrong project management skills, analytical, solution-oriented and motivated by a fast-paced and multicultural environment /li liHigh ability to work in a team and a pronounced service orientation /li liEntrepreneurial thinking combined with pragmatism and a hands-on mentality /li liNative in German, business fluent in English, further language skills are an asset (knowledge of Spanish is an advantage) /li liBased in Switzerland (Swiss German /Zurich area preferred), ability to work across European and US time zones with 2-3 days office presence per week /li /ul h3Why Flowable: /h3 pYou will enjoy flexible working hours, training, and home-office possibilities.
