You sit within Product Management and work hand in hand with Engineering, Product Managers, the Product Marketing Analyst Relations Manager, and Sales; but your primary responsibility is to ensure new capabilities are validated, demonstrable, and ready for the market. By building real showcase use cases early (often long before general availability) you help uncover gaps, improve product readiness, and equip customers, analysts, sales, and the wider company with a clear understanding of why new capabilities matter. You are the trusted source of truth for how new capabilities work, why they matter, and how they should be demonstrated. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul libBuild working demos of new features. /b Turn shipped and near-shipped capabilities into credible, hands-on demonstrations that showcase real value and stand up to scrutiny, using AI tooling to move quickly. /li libValidate features before GA. /b Build showcase use cases early, exercise features end-to-end from a real user's perspective, and provide actionable feedback to Product Managers and Engineering while there is still time to improve the experience. /li libCreate feature storytelling and enable the teams that use it /b. Develop the demo scripts, example use cases, walkthroughs, and product narratives for every new capability, and give Sales and internal teams the assets and guidance they need to present those capabilities accurately and confidently. /li libCreate and enable feature storytelling. /b For every new capability, develop the demo scripts, example use cases, walkthroughs, and product narratives that help others communicate its value effectively. /li libPrepare the product substance for analyst briefings. /b Create demonstrations and product-focused briefing material for analyst conversations, working closely with the Product Marketing Analyst Relations Manager, who owns the analyst relationship and engagement. /li libPrepare and deliver webinars. /b Own the product content, demonstrations, and presentation of internal and external webinars. Marketing owns promotion, registration, and follow-up; you own what is shown and the story that carries it. /li libOwn Flowable's demo portfolio. /b Maintain and continuously improve a set of polished, reusable demonstrations covering Flowable's key value propositions, ensuring they evolve alongside the product. /li libDrive product feedback loops. /b Gather feedback from customers, prospects, analysts, and internal stakeholders through demos, webinars, and briefings, and channel actionable insights back to Product Management and Engineering. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li3-4+ years of experience in a technical, product-facing role such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Product Management, Developer Advocacy, Technical Product Marketing, or a similar role. /li liA strong technical foundation. Preferably a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business informatics, computer science, or comparable education/experience /li liExperience demonstrating enterprise software to customers, prospects, partners, analysts, or internal audiences. /li liEnough technical depth to build credible demonstrations of a complex enterprise platform without needing them built for you. /li liA strong ability to tell a product story and translate technical capabilities into business value for different audiences. /li liThe ability to learn complex products quickly and recognize when a feature is not yet ready to be presented as a compelling customer solution. /li liSolid hands-on experience with AI tools and a thoughtful, critical approach to using them, both to accelerate your work and to evaluate AI-powered product capabilities. /li liEnthusiasm for Business Process Automation and a strong interest in working closely with Engineering and Product teams. /li liConfidence presenting live to audiences, including webinars, analyst briefings, product launches, customer meetings, and internal enablement sessions. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
