Process Engineer (mft)

Your Tasks

• Monitoring and analysing production processes to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency
• Creating target vs. actual comparisons
• Developing site-wide methods and concepts for continuous process improvement in close collaboration with the local leadership team (Operational Excellence)
• Monitoring quality processes and product manufacturing costs in cooperation with the relevant departments
• Leading and coordinating projects to implement process optimization increase efficiency and reduce costs in alignment with management (Change Management)
• Supporting and implementing investment projects (CapEx Capital Expenses)
• Establishing process regulations and technical documentation for processes
• Conducting and documenting process training and preparing the corresponding materials

Your profile

• Successfully completed engineering degree in mechanical engineering production technology or industrial engineering with a focus on production (Masters degree preferred)
• Solid professional experience (min. 5 years) in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility preferably in the mechanical engineering industry
• Confident handling of numbers and strong understanding of processes operations and lean methods
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Independent reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German and English skills both written and spoken as well as proficiency in MS Office applications
