Regulatory Manager

Your mission

Your goal is to break the last barrier before go-to-market by ensuring outstanding product quality and continuous regulatory compliance. Your impact spreads at all levels of the organization and transforms bureaucratic operations into efficient workflows.

Your responsibilities

1. Bring our products overseas by paving the way towards medical device certification.
2. Engage in product development by consulting on regulatory matters and managing risks.
3. Shape our process landscape and train employees to achieve operational excellence.

What are we looking for?

1. Degree in a related field – Bachelor/Master (e.g., Business Administration, Law, other)
2. Full proficiency in Business English and German
3. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
4. Experience with regulatory affairs (specifically MDR & FDA)
5. Creative and analytical thinking
6. Fast learning skills
7. Strong affinity towards digitalisation
8. Ability to work well in a dynamic, fully remote environment with an international team

Good-to-have:

• Independent and autonomous work style
• Experience in MedTech / SaaS / startup environment
• IT skills
