Your day-to-day with us

Strategic HR & Enterprise-Wide Perspective: You think outside the box and bring proactive ideas to establish HR as a trusted strategic partner across the organization.

HR Projects & Process Optimization: You identify potential for optimization, drive your own HR projects forward, and actively shape HR processes.

Stakeholder Management & Advisory: You act as a trusted point of contact and equal sparring partner for executive leadership, hiring managers, and all employees.

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: You manage the entire candidate lifecycle independently - from defining job profiles and sourcing talent to candidate selection and conducting interviews.

HR Operations & Administration: You support the team throughout the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding, drafting agreements and HR documentation), leveraging your solid knowledge of labor law.

HR Controlling & Payroll Interface: You maintain HR controlling data and support internal payroll (including four-eyes checks and standard DATEV tasks like eAU and A1 certificates).

Partner & Systems Management: You manage external vendors, service providers, and HR systems.

Multiple Years of HR Experience: Proven, multi-year professional experience in HR - ideally with initial leadership experience.

High Independence & Initiative: You work fully autonomously, set your own priorities, and take hands-on ownership of tasks from end to end.

Strong Stakeholder Management: You communicate confidently, personably, and on equal footing with executive management, team leads, and staff.

Solid HR Fundamentals: You are comfortable in operational day-to-day HR, have a solid foundation in German labor law, and are familiar with core payroll procedures (ideally with basic DATEV user experience).

SME & E-Commerce Mindset: You value short decision-making paths, fast execution, and actively make the most of your room for impact.

Fluency in English and German: Professional proficiency in both languages.
