About the role Flughafen Wien AG (FWAG) operates five thousand employees from fifty nations. The IT‑Anwendungen Aviation Core & Handling Systeme team is responsible for integrating and evolving IT solutions in the Cargo and Ground Handling environment—particularly resource‑management systems. Working closely with internal customers, suppliers, and the IT operation team, you will help ensure that our applications remain functional, stable and future‑proof.
Responsibilities
Quality assurance of requirements analyses and specifications
Creation of test concepts for new and existing IT applications
Development of test cases for all test stages (functional, integration, acceptance, etc.)
Support of functional areas in acceptance and test activities (sometimes on-site)
Participation in projects and support in tenders and procurement processes
In‑depth knowledge building of cargo processes and resource‑management systems
Creation and analysis of complex requirements in close cooperation with customers and the team (sometimes on‑site)
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience as a tester and test analyst in complex IT environments
Experience with requirements capture
Proficient use of Confluence and Jira
Strong sense of responsibility, assertiveness and communication skills
Ability to quickly understand and structurally analyse complex business flows
Independent working style and high social competence
Excellent German and English language skills
Education and Certifications
Completed studies in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification with several years of relevant professional experience
ISTQB Foundation Level certification
Advanced Level Test Analyst ISTQB certification is a plus
IREB Foundation Level certification is a plus
