Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical aspects of customer projects as a Technical Architect.
• Design comprehensive technical architecture solutions that may span multiple platforms, including system integration and authentication.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, high-performing, and aligned with customer needs.
• Act as the key link between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Provide expert recommendations on technical architecture, considering scalability, maintainability, and overall system landscape.
• Lead technical activities such as architecture design, requirements translation, pre-sales support, solution planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and effort estimation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and implementing technical architecture solutions for complex, multi-platform environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns.
• Ability to communicate technical topics effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience translating business requirements into actionable functional and technical plans.
• Familiarity with secure development practices and optimizing solutions for performance and scalability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing risks.
• Experience working in pre-sales phases, including effort estimation and technical consultation.
