Responsibilities R&D on Lab and Business Automation tools Prototype building Creation of technical documentation and instructions Integration of automation systems into the laboratory infrastructure Supporting our WW labs/teams on developed systems Create training material and give training to the lab end-users Supporting the third party factories that build the final products Your team You will work in an international WW environment. You will deploy, train and support Worldwide Teams that work with the automation tools. Experience Completed education in the electronics or mechatronics field (e.g. electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or similar) At least 2 years work experience (preferably in an R&D environment) Theoretical and practical experience in handling electronic measuring devices Basic knowledge of programming (e.g. C++, Python, etc.) Familiarity with 3D printing and CAD design is an advantage Personal skills Problem-solving: Ability to tackle complex challenges and find effective automation solutions Teamwork: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals Creativity: Thinking outside the box to develop innovative automation strategies Lifelong learning: Continuously developing personal skills and staying current with industry trends.
