Job Function Project Coordinator
Our client, a renewables energy leader, are currently searching for a PMO Coordinator in Germany. In this role, you will provide dedicated project management and coordination support for the implementation of Human Rights requirements related to Project Finance, including readiness activities for upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate implementation of Human Rights Risk Assessment and ESAP actions, including owners, timelines, dependencies, and evidence.

Maintain Human Rights action and evidence trackers and coordinate follow-up across relevant stakeholders.

Develop and maintain oversight of upcoming Project Finance initiatives and Human Rights readiness activities.

Coordinate meetings and workshops, document decisions, and track actions and escalations.

Support the development of Human Rights and Project Finance processes, templates, governance, and readiness frameworks.

Provide management reporting and visibility on progress, risks, decisions, and resource requirements.
Key Qualifications

Strong project management / PMO experience in complex, cross-functional environments.

Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills.

Ability to independently drive actions and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical deliverables.

Experience working with senior stakeholders and geographically distributed teams.
Must-Have Experience

Demonstrated project management / PMO experience in complex cross-functional projects.

Proven ability to coordinate senior stakeholders, dependencies, actions, and deliverables independently.

Experience working in large international corporate environments with minimal onboarding and supervision.
