ppOur Team. /p pA strong team is the DNA of our company. /p pOur team brings together experts in Mechanical Engineering, Software, E/E, Manufacturing, Homologation, Testing, Purchasing, Business Development, and Sales Marketing. At Flux, we work as equals and foster a highly motivating environment shaped by shared ownership, flat hierarchies, and a strong team spirit. Here, you will not only develop your skills, but also make a real impact. Join our team and help shape the mobility of tomorrow. /p h3Your role. /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced Vehicle Systems Quality Engineer to take technical ownership of product and process quality across our electric light commercial vehicles, from the parts our suppliers deliver, through our own assembly, to the vehicles in the field. /p pIn this role, you make sure that what we design is what we build. You define the quality requirements for our parts and assemblies, qualify suppliers and their parts, set up the inspection and control plans for our assembly, and drive the systematic resolution of the issues that come out of them. /p pYou also keep the system view. Our vehicles integrate mechanical, electrical and software systems on a base vehicle, so quality issues rarely sit inside a single discipline. You analyse them across subsystem boundaries, work with the responsible engineers on root cause, and make sure the fix lands in the design, in the documentation and in the process. /p pAt Flux, you will work in a small team with short decision-making paths. This role is not administrative; it is technical. You will help build up our quality function and bring our vehicles to a robust series production standard. /p h3What you can contribute. /h3 ullipTake technical ownership of product and process quality for our vehicles, from incoming parts through assembly to delivery. /p /li /ul ullipDefine quality requirements, inspection characteristics and acceptance criteria together with the engineering team. /p /li /ul ullipQualify suppliers and their parts: initial sample inspection (PPAP/ISIR), first-article inspection, process capability and supplier audits. /p /li /ul ullipSet up and maintain control plans, process FMEAs, work instructions and end-of-line checks for our assembly. /p /li /ul ullipHandle non-conformances, deviations and rework decisions, and keep the associated documentation traceable. /p /li /ul ullipDrive 8D and corrective action processes with suppliers and internally, and follow actions through to verified effectiveness. /p /li /ul ullipSupport Conformity of Production with the required process and documentation evidence. /p /li /ul ullipAnalyse test, field and warranty data, identify failure patterns and feed them back into design and process. /p /li /ul ullipWork with our production, engineering and field teams as well as with external suppliers and partners. /p /li /ul h3How you will succeed in this role. /h3 ullipDegree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics, production engineering or a comparable discipline. /p /li /ul ullipAt least 5 years of industry experience in quality engineering, ideally in automotive or a comparably regulated industry. /p /li /ul ullipPractical experience with the core quality methods: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, 8D and structured root cause analysis. /p /li /ul ullipExperience in supplier quality: qualification, audits and day-to-day escalation with suppliers. /p /li /ul ullipSolid technical understanding of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems, and confidence in reading drawings, specifications and test reports. /p /li /ul ullipExperience with measurement and inspection methods (GDT, measurement technology, MSA) is an advantage. /p /li /ul ullipFamiliarity with IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 and with Conformity of Production requirements is an advantage. /p /li /ul ullipFluent German and good English. /p /li /ul ullipAbility to take technical ownership and systematically improve complex systems. /p /li /ul ullipEnjoy working across disciplines in a pragmatic, fast-moving team. /p /li /ul h3Your environment. /h3 pAt Flux, we develop electric commercial vehicles in small, highly responsible teams. Our vehicles are already operating in the real world, on construction sites, in cities and in the daily operations of our customers. /p pThat means decisions are made close to the product. Engineers take responsibility for their systems throughout the entire development cycle, from concept and testing through to issues seen in the field. /p pIf you enjoy making complex products robust and repeatable, taking ownership and working in an environment where execution matters more than hierarchy, this role is a good fit for you. /p h3About Flux. /h3 pFlux Mobility AGwas founded in April 2021. Our mission is to develop high-quality light commercial vehicles with innovative, emission‑free drivetrain technologies and to electrify specialist vehicles in Winterthur. /p pOur vehicles are built on a flexible platform concept that enables the direct replacement of diesel vehicles on a one-to-one basis. In doing so, we are helping to drive the sustainable transformation of industrial mobility and enabling companies to realise the full potential of electric mobility. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
