About the Role:
We are recruiting a Principal – Fixed Income Sales for a global financial institution to grow its credit sales franchise across high-yield, structured, and illiquid fixed income products in the DACH region. This is a senior opportunity to lead market coverage and client engagement across institutional investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell HY bonds, distressed debt, structured and private credit products to institutional clients.
- Leverage and grow relationships across asset managers, insurers, and private banks in EU.
- Support deal placement in primary and secondary markets; coordinate with origination and trading.
- Identify new client opportunities and deliver tailored credit solutions.
- Serve as a regional lead for credit distribution, helping shape the business strategy locally.
Candidate Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience in fixed income or credit sales, with a focus on complex or illiquid products.
- Established client network
- Product knowledge across HY, structured credit (CLOs, ABS), and opportunistic credit.
- Fluent in German and English; strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or related field.
