Venture Capital Senior Associate

We are exclusively partnering with a Munich-based private capital investment firm that is expanding its platform with a specific emphasis on the Industrials sector. The firm is known for its entrepreneurial culture and hands-on investment approach across the Europe. With over €1 billion in assets under management and a robust portfolio across various industrial verticals, they are actively seeking an Associate to join their team and support investment activity within the Industrials & Chemicals space. Support the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investments in industrial manufacturing, engineered products, specialty chemicals, automation, and related verticals. Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support deal assessment and structuring. Work with portfolio companies post-investment to support strategic and operational initiatives. 2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity, or strategy consulting—preferably with exposure to the Industrials sector. ~ Fluent in German and English; Demonstrated ability to work in a lean, fast-moving, and entrepreneurial environment. ~
