Overview
We are representing a highly active European mid-market private equity investment firm with a strong presence in the DACH region and a long-standing track record of executing control and minority investments across multiple fund vintages. The platform manages several billion euros of capital and is known for its disciplined underwriting, operationally driven value creation, and consistent deployment across primary buyouts, growth investments, and complex carve-outs.
The firm completes multiple platform and add-on acquisitions per year, with a clear focus on proprietary and semi-proprietary deal sourcing. Typical transactions involve equity investments ranging from mid double-digit to several hundred million euros, often alongside ambitious management teams pursuing international expansion, digitalisation, and buy-and-build strategies. Due to continued fundraising success and a robust deal pipeline, the Munich office is looking to hire an Investment Manager to take a leading role in transaction execution and portfolio development.
