With flyze.platform we are building a platform for the digitalisation of operational processes in industry and plant operation. Our customers do not simply want a chatbot ... they want to automate processes, make better use of their information and extend their software with AI.
For that we are looking for an AI Engineer (m/f/d) who does not just try out modern AI technologies, but brings them into our products.
What you will do
- You build AI features for flyze.platform and our Industrial Apps.
- You integrate LLMs, AI Agents and agentic workflows into real business and operational processes.
- You work with models and technologies such as Claude, vLLM and Ollama.
- You build prompts, tools and agents that do not just produce answers, but can carry out tasks on their own.
- You connect AI with company, asset and process data.
- You build RAG, Tool Calling and agent systems for concrete use cases.
- You integrate AI features into our existing C#/.NET and Angular applications.
- You evaluate new AI technologies and decide together with the team which of them actually go into production.
- You take prototypes further, until they become reliable features for our customers.
What you bring
You do not have to have mastered every technology already. What matters is that you get to grips with new technologies quickly and want to understand how AI is put to sensible use in software.
AI & LLMs
- Experience with LLMs and generative AI
- An interest in Claude, vLLM, Ollama or comparable technologies
- Prompt Engineering
- An understanding of AI Agents and agentic systems
- An interest in RAG, Tool Calling and LLM integrations
- Enjoyment in trying out new AI technologies hands on
Development
- Experience with C# / .NET and/or TypeScript / Angular
- A good command of modern web technologies such as HTML and CSS
- An understanding of APIs, data structures and software architecture
- Experience with Git and modern development processes
Way of working
- You work independently and with an eye on the solution.
- You can turn an idea into a working prototype, and that prototype into a production solution.
- You are not afraid of technologies that do not yet have perfect documentation.
- You care about how software and AI are actually used inside companies.
- You think not in single features, but in solutions for real processes.
