Together, we’re building a more resilient planet – one innovation at a time. /ppRole Summary The Director, End-to-End Supply Chain is accountable for the global strategy, governance, and performance of the end-to-end supply chain – from demand planning through sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery. This role defines and drives a supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring service excellence, cost competitiveness, and optimal working capital. The Director operates cross-functionally at the leadership level to enable enterprise decision-making and deliver measurable business impact. Key success factors include strategic thinking, operational excellence, customer focus, financial acumen, and the ability to influence cross-functional decisions to deliver sustainable business results. The role is based at our office in Geneva, Switzerland, and reports to the VP, Supply Chain. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDefine and execute the end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives. /liliLead demand and supply planning processes to ensure service, capacity, and supply continuity. /liliDrive inventory optimization and working capital improvement while protecting customer service. /liliOptimize manufacturing networks, asset utilization, and operational performance. /liliImprove logistics and distribution efficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance. /liliEstablish governance, performance metrics, and accountability across the supply chain organization. /liliLead digital transformation, advanced planning, and process standardization initiatives. /liliManage supply chain contribution to profitability, cost performance, and working capital. /liliBalance customer, market, and business requirements through risk management and scenario planning. /li /ulh3Required Experience Skills /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). /lili15+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or planning roles within a regulated environment, preferably from the Chemical Manufacturing, Agrochemical (AgChem), or Crop Protection industries. /liliProven leadership experience managing an end-to-end supply chain within a global, matrix organization. /liliDemonstrated track record of leading large-scale network design and supply chain optimization initiatives. /liliStrong financial acumen with a demonstrable direct impact on PL and working capital. /liliAdvanced analytical capabilities, including scenario modeling and data-driven decision-making. /liliStrong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. /liliDeep understanding of, and experience with, complex regulatory and compliance environments. /liliProfessional certifications such as APICS (CPIM/CSCP), PMP, or Lean Six Sigma are highly desirable. /li /ulpAt FMC Corporation we are guided by our purpose: Innovation for agriculture, Solutions for the planet.
