Are you a sales pro with an extensive history in Large Accounts and closing big deals? We\’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our client’s team in Munich, Germany, to drive revenue growth, expand the customer base and build strong partnerships with senior leadership and key decision-makers. This technology company developed a leading remote connectivity solution that enables secure, efficient access to digital devices from anywhere. Now trusted by thousands of businesses worldwide, its platform supports IT support, device management, and digital workflows across industries. Remote position based in Munich, with the option for onsite onboarding at HQ for a strong start. Competitive compensation package of €100,000 – €120,000 + bonus (Double OTE), including: Company achievement or sales bonus You will do this through conducting market analysis to find new project/customer opportunities and create key account plans that ensure customer needs are identified early. Support forecast processes, including pipeline analysis, data validation, and identify gaps and actions required You’ll be based in Munich, Germany and are willing to travel 25% or more as needed within territory &/or company events. You’ll have 10-15+ years of direct Large Accounts sales experience in a quota-carrying software sales role. Strong knowledge of the German Large Accounts B2B market, problem-solving skills, analytical understanding, and collaboration skills Fluency in German and English is mandatory Permanent
