To expand its Networks department, FMV is looking for a Land and Right-of-Way Manager 80% to 100% to start immediately or by agreement.
In this role, you will work within the Lines sector of the Networks department.
Your mission You are responsible for relations with private owners, authorities, and other stakeholders regarding high-voltage lines and infrastructure projects.
You secure rights of way and easements, manage compensation, and represent the company's interests in procedures as well as during negotiations.
Furthermore, you manage and administer the company's real estate and land portfolio, including leases as well as purchase and sale contracts.
You are also involved in similar subjects for the department.
This position requires skills in negotiation as well as solid knowledge in the field of land, real estate, and commercial management.
Profile- Basic commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent- Several years of experience in administrative tasks and negotiation- Experience in contacts with landowners, authorities, municipalities, and external partners- Knowledge or experience in the field of real estate, easements, land registry, or rights of way- Writing skills- Technical and legal notions- Ability to make decisions in the development of solutions- Negotiation skills- Ability to work both independently and in a team- French or German language with good knowledge of the other language (minimum B2)Why join us?A multidisciplinary, open, and dynamic team looks forward to working with you.
