OT Cyber Specialist - Electrical Infrastructures 80-100%

Your mission
Within our Operations sector of the Network department, you directly contribute to securing critical infrastructures related to the production and transmission of electrical energy.
Your objective: to guarantee the resilience and security of industrial systems (OT), in an environment where availability is essential.
In this role, you ensure the operational security of OT environments, including SCADA systems, industrial networks, and controllers. You implement and maintain protective measures, notably system hardening and network segmentation, while continuously monitoring environments to detect security incidents.
You analyse and manage cyber incidents from identification to remediation, and ensure rigorous vulnerability management taking into account the specific constraints of industrial environments. Furthermore, you actively participate in integrating cybersecurity requirements into technical projects and collaborate closely with IT, OT teams, and cybersecurity governance experts.
Your profile
- Engineering degree (HES / EPFL) in computer science or equivalent training - Specialisation in cybersecurity, computer science, or industrial automation - Proven experience in cybersecurity, networks, or industrial systems - Major asset: experience in an industrial or energy environment - Good understanding of OT architectures and industrial networks - Knowledge of cybersecurity (detection, incidents, vulnerabilities) - IP networks, firewalls, segmentation, VPN - SCADA experience (an asset) - Cybersecurity certifications - Knowledge of standards related to cybersecurity (ISO 27001, NIST) - Autonomy and sense of responsibility - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Interest in fieldwork - Native French or German speaker with good knowledge of the other language - Category B driving licence
