For the benefit of the Valais and to strengthen the networks, we are looking for a person responsible for land and transmission rights (80%-100%) by agreement.
In this role, you will work within the Networks department.
Your mission You are responsible for negotiations with landowners, authorities, and other interest groups in the context of high-voltage lines and infrastructure projects.
You secure transmission rights and easements, regulate compensation, and represent the interests of the companies in approval procedures as well as in expropriation proceedings.
Furthermore, you supervise and manage the real estate and land portfolio of the companies, including rentals, leases, as well as purchase and sales negotiations.
You also work on similar topics for the Production department.
This position requires negotiation skills, assertiveness, and sound knowledge in the areas of land, real estate, and law.
Profile- Commercial vocational training (EFZ) or equivalent education- Several years of experience in similar activities- Experience in negotiations with landowners, authorities, municipalities, and external partners- Knowledge or experience in land law, easements, land registry, or transmission rights- Editorial skills- Technical and legal understanding- Ability to work both independently and in a team- Native language French or German with good knowledge of the other language (at least B2)Why work with us?A multidisciplinary, open, and dynamic team looks forward to working with you.
